Conference Accommodation

Dear delegates,

Please note that all accommodation BAM has arranged for the conference has now been sold out. Hence, we would like to encourage you to arrange conference accommodation yourself.

This year, there are three options available to delegates wishing to book accommodation at BAM2011.

Please note: Accommodation booking is seperate from the conference registration process; BAM has partnered with Aston University Conference Centre and Birmingham Convention Bureau to produce several accommodation offers. See below to find the most suitable option for you, then call the Aston reservations team on 0121-204-3726 quoting the conference.

Option 1: Aston Student Villages

The Aston Student Villages are Aston University’s brand new ensuite bedrooms as part of a £200million campus redevelopment. As well as boasting excellent quality they are the most affordable accommodation option, and are conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the main conference area.

Student residencies facilities include: single bed, en-suite shower room, study space, tea & coffee making facilities (hospitality tray). Internet access available upon a purchase directly from provider by connecting to the network.

Price: £25.50 (including VAT, breakfast is not included)

Option 2: Aston Business School Conference Centre

The Aston Business School Conference Centre is perfectly located for delegates wishing to be close to the main conference area.

Conference Aston's urban chic hotel and conference centre in Birmingham city centre incorporates 162 luxurious en-suite bedrooms offering a stylish and relaxing place to unwind and refresh ready for your conference, meeting or event. From the Classics in the original part of the conference centre to the brand new superior rooms that were built as part of the £20million expansion in 2006, all of the bedrooms offer LED digital televisions, en-suite shower room or bathroom, tea/coffee facilities, and free WiFi internet access.

Classic Bedroom

A comfortable night's sleep on a 3/4 double bed, colour television and an en-suite shower room.

Price: £56.50 (includes breakfast and VAT)

Standard Bedroom

The Conference Centre's larger rooms, with a comfortable double bed, a full en-suite bathroom, ample luggage and working space. (Double occupancy rate on request, Twin Rooms available)

Price: £66.50 (includes breakfast and VAT)

Superior Bedroom

Our premier bedrooms offer the ultimate in style with dark wood and engaging colour shemes. Make your stay extra memorable with a luxurious double bed, full ensuite bathroom, extensive work area, and a flat screen television to relax in front of after a long day. Superior Rooms also include electronic safes. (Twin Rooms Available)

Price: £82 (includes breakfast and VAT)

Option 3: Other hotels in Birmingham

BAM are working in partnership with Birmingham Convention Bureau to offer you special rates for accommodation in the City. If you are looking for anything from a lower budget accommodation to 4* accommodation we are here to help.
