10.10am Session 1, 20 mins. discussion and 10 mins. Q&A
Dr. Tineke de Jonge, Erasmus University Happiness Economics Research Organisation, Rotterdam and CIO Strategic Advisor.
Pooling time series on wellbeing based on different survey questions (Reference Distribution method)

11.50am Session 4, 30 mins. Panel discussion featuring Dr. Les Graham, Associate Professor in Strategy and Dr Sara Gracey, Postdoctoral Research Assistant, whose research together at Durham University  focuses on the impact of leadership on individuals’ well-being and ethical behaviour.at Durham University, Dr. Gagan Deep Sharma from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi and Dr. Polina Baranova from Derby University. Brief overview of the panel’s research followed by questions for the panel on wellbeing and research at a time of crisis.

20 mins. breakout groups to discuss key issues arising from the panel discussion and speakers’ presentations, e.g. how the PhD students could adapt their own research to fit in with crisis situations and how improving personal wellbeing could affect their research projects. Breakout groups will be facilitated by the SIG team.
10 mins. Brief summary from each breakout discussion to whole group
