13th Course on Data Management and Panel Data Models

We are pleased to announce that, after the success of previous years, the University of Salamanca will organize the 13th course on Data Management and Panel Data Models. The speakers will be Prof. Julio Pindado, University of Salamanca (Spain) and Leeds University Business School (The University of Leeds, UK), and Dr. Ignacio Requejo, University of Salamanca (Spain). This practical course is aimed at applied researchers that use econometrics methods as a tool in their research works.

7th Course on Advanced Dynamic Panel Data Methods

We are also pleased to bring to your attention that the University of Salamanca will also organize an econometrics course on Advanced Dynamic Panel Data Methods. The speaker will be Prof. Jan F. Kiviet, Emeritus Professor of Econometrics at University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands) and Visiting Professor at University of Salamanca (Spain). The course is aimed at researchers working in the business, economics and management fields that want to improve their skills in econometrics.

The two courses are separate activities, so you can choose to participate in just one event or join us for both. For those that decide to attend both courses, a 10% discount will be applied to their fee.

Travel Information

Travelling to Salamanca
Spanish Airports: The commercial airports closest to Salamanca are Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas and Valladolid-Villanubla. Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas is the largest Spanish airport and there are regular flights from/to most national/international destinations.
Bus: There is a direct bus from Madrid airport to Salamanca. There are two bus stops to travel to Salamanca. The Avanzabus/AutoRes bus departs from the bus stop located in Terminal T1 of Madrid-Barajas airport (ground floor, opposite baggage reclaim hall 2) and then it stops in the bus stop located in Terminal T4 of Madrid-Barajas airport (ground floor) before beginning the journey to Salamanca.
