The Mindfulness Sessions will run on Monday 2nd September [18.30 - 19.15, Wednesday 4th September [07.00 - 08.00] and Thursday 5th September [12.30 - 13.30]
Please be aware that there is limited capacity in each mindfulness session, so pre-registration is required. Register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
