Business Resilience and Strategy Adjustments: Impacts of COVID-19

In light of the macro-environmental shock of the COVID-19 pandemic, it has become clear that businesses are facing enormous obstacles. However, the extent of these changes is unknown due to the novelty and range of impacts. An adjustment of business strategy to the ‘new normal’ is imperative, as the crisis will have long-term effects on companies, their business models and ecosystems across all sectors. Business resilience is considered to be essential for the survival of long-term challenges such the COVID-19 pandemic. In this webinar, which is co-organised by the OTCD SIG and the BAM Continental Network, we will discuss potential strategy adjustments, change or transformation processes, the role of innovation and the importance of business resilience, with a particular focus on practice.

This webinar will take place on the 23rd of November 2020, at 16:30 UK time.
