BAM Corporate Governance Conference

___________________________________________________________________________

Description

We are delighted to announce that the British Academy of Management Corporate Governance Conference will be held in the Business School, University of Leeds, United Kingdom, during 11th – 12th June 2018.

The British Academy of Management, Corporate Governance Special Interest Group (CGSIG), will host the conference, and the Business School of the University of Leeds, whose support we gratefully acknowledge, will sponsor the event.

The purpose of this two-day conference is to review the development of corporate governance and corporate governance-related research and debate the most acute issues confronting academics, practitioners and policy-makers in a rapidly-changing political, social and economic landscape. We invite the submission of original papers focusing on research questions with consequences for corporate governance practice and policies, with an emphasis on stakeholders and organisations in the public and private sectors.

The Early Career Researchers Symposium will be a key element of the event and will be hosted as a separate component of the conference on the first day of the Conference.
