To help BAM2018 delegates find accommodation in Bristol, we have put together this guide on how to find and choose accommodation in the city.

Destination Bristol

Bristol has a variety of types of accommodation to suit every requirement and budget. Destination Bristol have worked closely with local hotels to secure a range of accommodation options at the very best competitive prices. They have set up a special BAM accommodation page where you can book your stay in the heart of the city.

There is a detailed description with each accommodation option to help make your right choice. Book your place now for accommodation on campus and/or within Bristol.

These rooms are reserved for BAM members until July 9th 2018. Bookings will still be possible but we can not guarantee that rooms will be available beyond this date.

Choosing Accommodation

We recommend that delegates visit the hotel official websites for the hotels that they plan to book to ensure that it has the required facilities (such as breakfast / Wi-Fi etc.).

When to arrive / leave

For new members, we recommend that you attend the New Members’ Welcome Reception, which will take place from 08:00 to 09:00 on the morning of Tuesday 4th September.

For delegates wishing to arrive in time to attend the professional development workshops (PDWs), these will commence after the New Members’ Welcome Reception at 09:00.

The final session of the conference will finish in the afternoon on Thursday 6th September.

More information on the conference schedule will be released in due course.

When to Book / Booking Deadlines

We recommend booking accommodation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as the best value, best located and best quality hotels are likely to sell out early.
