BJM ranking increased in French CNRS journal list

The CNRS, the national journal ranking system in France, has moved the British Journal of Management (BJM) one class higher in its multi-tier assessment. BJM is now in much better company on the list, cited among top tier journals in France.

This is an important step towards internationalisation of the BJM and we are likely to receive wider range of submissions from Francophone countries as a result. The list has four tiers of journals (1st tier (highest) to 4th tier(lowest)). However, inclusion in the list is also selective. BJM moved from 3rd tier to 2nd tier in the CNRS. This places the BJM among the very elite of French journals.
