As Chair of the Marketing and Retail SIG at BAM, I would like to invite you to a one-day event ‘The Future of the Retail Fashion Store: Setting a New Research Agenda’. It will be held on Friday 9 March 2012 at London College of Fashion from 9.30am (for registration) to 4.30pm. Keynote speaker is Andy Cameron (former Head of Design at Benetton) who will lead a session on ‘Rethinking the Store Environment’. Other sessions will focus on virtual, digital and social media applications in retailing.

The cost of this event is free to BAM members and £50 for non-members. This includes refreshments and lunch. If you would like more information please contact myself.

This is a great opportunity not only to hear our keynote speaker and other sessions, but to meet with other academics from different institutions with the aim of developing new research in the area of fashion retailing.

Many thanks and hope you can join us in London on 9th March,
