The Nature of the Mind & Calming the Mind

The mind moves to the past and the mind moves to the future. The mind latches onto negativity! And tends to remember the negative more than positive! We go more deeper into the Nature of our mind and understanding this helps to be more aware. For some people, the mind can be in a state of flowing thoughts from morning to night! But for some people even at night there is a flow of thoughts. How can we calm the mind? There is also the negative thinking (related to mind) which can have an impact on the stillness of the mind. We will explore this in the seminar.
