We are delighted to announce the 2nd Marketing Research Conference in collaboration with the British Academy of Management (Marketing and Retail Special Interest Group), centred around the theme "Marketing Intelligence Revolution: The AI Advantage." In this age of technological progress, artificial intelligence (AI) is swiftly reshaping the marketing landscape.

This conference serves as a platform for students, researchers, and practitioners to delve into and exchange insights on how AI is revolutionizing the field of marketing.

Call for Papers

We cordially invite submissions of research papers related to the conference theme. Papers should fall within a word count range of 2000 to 4000 words and may be either full papers or papers in development. We particularly encourage PhD students and Early Career Researchers to submit their papers on one of the following topics:

  • Applications of AI in market research
  • AI-driven customer analytics
  • Personalization and recommendation systems
  • AI-powered marketing automation
  • Chatbots and virtual assistants in customer engagement
  • Predictive modelling and AI in consumer behaviour analysis
  • Ethical considerations in AI-driven marketing
  • Other related topics in AI in Marketing

Presentation Opportunity

Accepted papers will have the opportunity for presentation during the conference. This is your chance to showcase your research and engage with fellow attendees. It offers an excellent platform to gain valuable feedback and expand your network in the realm of marketing research.

Participation without Paper Submission

PhD students, Early Career Researchers, researchers, and professionals interested in marketing research and AI are welcome to join the conference, even if you don't submit a paper. Your participation is encouraged and valued.
