'BAM supported my groundbreaking work by recognizing film as a legitimate non-standard research output, with the Organizational Studies Conference Track awarding me Best Paper prize. This wonderful community support took me to Hollywood, where I won one of 12 Best Short Documentary awards at the Hollywood International Independent Documentary Awards (HIIDA).'
