Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your BAM T-shirt purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
Return Period
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery or purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, T-shirts must:
- Be unworn, unwashed and unused.
- Be returned in their original condition.
- Include any original tags and packaging where reasonably possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- T-shirts that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Products returned outside the stated return period, except where your statutory rights apply.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs showing any damage or fault, where possible.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, we will be happy to exchange your T-shirt, subject to stock availability. Returned items must meet the eligibility criteria above.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
