BAM MKE "How To" Series: Start Teaching Sustainability When You Are Not a Sustainability Expert

Staged by the BAM Management Knowledge and Education (MKE) Sub Committee

Untitled-87b.jpg

Description
This interactive session is designed for academics who want to embed sustainability into their teaching without needing to be a subject expert. It will explore practical and innovative ways to integrate social and environmental sustainability into curricula, learning activities, and assessment across disciplines.

The session will focus on small, achievable changes that can make sustainability visible and meaningful for students, from case-based discussions and role plays to reflective and decision focused assessments. Participants will have space to share experiences, exchange ideas, and reflect on how sustainability can be approached as a way of thinking and acting, rather than a standalone topic or specialist field.
