This presentation draws on Dr Simon Westerns doctoral and post-doctoral research published in his book, Leadership a critical text, (Sage 2019 3rd ed).
Dr Western will share his findings on the four dominant discourses of leadership that evolved over the past century and then share his theories of Eco-Leadership.
He will move from theory to practice and discuss his breadth of experience of delivering leadership development and consulting to senior leaders in organisations across the globe; including Microsoft, Ford, HSBC Bank, NHS, UK Education sector, and most recently Save the Children.
Finally, in this event there will be space for discussion and engagement.
