The ECA (Early Career Academic) Network is pleased to share its latest informal, online networking session. In this monthly event, we will be discussing our experiences as an ECA network when reviewing papers after we have submitted to the BAM Conference.

This session follows on from our January ECA Network monthly online session about submitting for the BAM Conference and the discussion from Prof David Sarpong and Lewis Johnson regarding the expectation to review a paper when you submit.

Our discussion, with guest speaker Professor Sarah Robinson, will be structured around: how to provide constructive and encouraging feedback, how to decide on how to accept or decline a paper, what to keep in mind when reviewing a developmental paper, and the benefits for reviewing as part of academic citizenship.

We look forward to a community conversation also, we encourage you to share experiences and best practice.
