Decades of research highlight that the experiences of women leaders remain theoretically narrow and contextually under-scrutinised. In this respect, more theorisation, discussion and practice sharing is needed to understand the diverse configurations and facets of gender in leadership.
This webinar seeks to foster dialogue about the situated nature of gender in leadership by focusing on experiences of Women Executives in Latin America. Building on decolonial frameworks, institutional analysis and empirical research, the panelists address the multifaceted experiences of women entrepreneurs and executives and shed light on gendered barriers.
They are going to share their theoretical and methodological expertise to broaden our horizon of understanding on gender in leadership and in doing so inspire new research avenues.
