This month's discussion focus is below:
“Delivering Consultant Value”
The intention is to discuss the question:
“How should clients ensure that consultants deliver value?”
In considering this question, Jim Foster will share feedback from a study that the Centre for Management Consulting Excellence (CMCE) is conducting, with support from Bayes Business School, into the impact on consultant value of different types of consultant engagement.
The session opens with a guided discussion from 08.30 until 9:00 and the Zoom call will stay open until 9:30 for those who wish to continue informal networking.
