How do new ways of working – notably remotely – affect a consultant’s ability to influence a client organisation?
A consultant by definition does not have executive power and so has to work through client managers. To what extent is the power of the consultant attenuated by lack of face to face engagement – or is it indeed reduced?
Come to our coffee morning not only to share your thoughts but also to hear what your fellow members predict.
The session opens with a guided discussion from 08.30 until 9:00 and the Zoom call will stay open until 9:30 for those who wish to continue informal networking.
