The Doctoral Networking Café aims to facilitate doctoral and early career researchers networking. The BAM Project Experiences (PREX) SIG wants to provide a platform where researchers in the early stages of their research journey discuss their research in interactive networking sessions.
This sessions theme is: Preparing to become a supervisor as an early career researcher: challenges and way forward.
As PhD students or Early Career Researchers progress in their academic careers, they face the opportunity to supervise Undergraduate or Master´s Dissertation Supervision. This can be a great way to contribute to the field of project management research and help train the next generation of scholars. This can be a challenging but rewarding opportunity, but sometimes it isn’t easy to understand what it takes to accomplish this. In this session, Dr Dicle Kortantamer will explain the skills, qualities and expectations for engaging in supervision activities.
The Doctoral Networking Café sessions take place on the last Wednesday of the month every second month.
