Description

Are you planning to attend the BAM2026 Conference at Royal Holloway, University of London?

Not sure if your paper is suitable for the Performance Management track?

This year’s BAM conference theme of “Thriving Together: Impact, Innovation, and Inclusion in Business and Management” lies at the very heart of performance management in organisations. As such, researchers should generate research that has a strong theoretical underpinning as well as a potential impact on the real-world; practitioners should tackle their business problems via innovative solutions; and policy makers should make decisions that improve society via fostering inclusive solutions. The broad role of performance management in this context is of paramount importance as it can help measure and manage progress towards these ways of working and innovations.

The Performance Management track welcomes full and developmental paper submissions from different perspectives on the management of performance in organisations, at individual, firm and/or network levels. Performance is understood to be a multidisciplinary concept, i.e. not only financial but also non-financial performance, such as the triple bottom line in terms of sustainability-related performance, as well as other organisational initiatives.

Alternatively to a paper submission, you may also consider running a symposium for the track. This would be on a hot research topic which has the potential of capturing the interest of a wider audience.

Please join us on this online workshop to help you shape your ideas and provide feedback on your paper/symposium draft(s).
