This online event which is co-organised by the Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain Management (OLSCM) SIG and the BAM Continental Network aims at sharing and discussing a variety of first-hand experiences of PhD students with interested members of the BAM community. A panel of four PhD students and early career researchers at different stages of the PhD journey share and discuss their respective experiences. Following a short introduction to the topics of their theses, the panellists discuss a wide range of personal, organisational, intercultural, and academic aspects. Contrasting both positive parts and challenges of their respective PhD journeys, this webinar provides a reflection for current and former PhD students as well as PhD supervisors. |
