Qualitative case study research has been traditionally viewed as a methodology of choice for scholars in International Business and International Management (IB/IM). While this methodology is characterized by paradigmatic diversity, it has often been reduced to a single template that limits its theorising potential.
The purpose of this interactive seminar is to unpack the theorising potential of qualitative case study research. We will discuss issues that IB/IM scholars encounter when planning, conducting and writing qualitative case study research. The seminar is participant-led and the speaker will address attendees’ questions. These questions can cover various aspects of case study design including paradigmatic diversity of case research, case selection, writing the case, publishing case study research etc.
To qualify for the seminar attendees have to submit at least two questions associated with the seminar topic. Please submit your two questions (or more) to Raluca Stroe at [email protected]
