Affiliate Faculty positions at London Business School

London Business School is inviting applications for affiliate faculty (both teaching fellows and adjunct instructors) to teach on the School’s masters degree and Executive Education programmes starting in the 2023-2024 academic year.

We seek exceptional and inspirational educators, and welcome applications from people from both academic and non-academic backgrounds. Successful applicants will teach in the Organisational Behaviour Subject Area; adjunct faculty will make additional contributions to the School, such as designing new courses and assisting junior faculty with professional development.

Candidates should be able and willing to teach a selection of management and leadership courses and sessions that may include topics such as negotiations and influence, teams, leading change, power, organizational transformation, culture change, leading innovation, as well as interpersonal dynamics. Experience in an MBA/EMBA/Executive classroom, either as a student or as an instructor, is strongly desired. A PhD in a relevant field, and/or experience as a guest lecturer or an in-company trainer, are beneficial but not requirements. The ideal candidate lives in or close to London, or is willing to travel to London on their own budget.

Courses may be delivered face-to-face or online, on our campuses in London or Dubai or at client locations around the world. Faculty teach in different formats, including standalone half-day or full- day sessions, 10-week courses that meet once per week or every other weekend, as well as 5-week electives. Our students range from those in our pre-experience masters programmes (e.g., Masters in Management) to our MBA and Executive MBAs. We also offer executive education sessions in both open enrolment and custom programmes.

Inclusion and diversity have always been a cornerstone of London Business School’s values and we particularly welcome female applicants and those from an ethnic minority, as they are currently under-represented within our faculty.
