BAM EDIR project highlighted in Durham University Business School IMPACT Magazine

The BAM Strategic Project 'Making workplaces equitable and inclusive: one micro-practice at a time’ has been highlighted in the latest Durham University Business School Impact magazine. 

The project, led by Professor Martyna Sliwa, BAM Vice-Chair for Equality, Diversity, Inclusivity and Respect (EDIR) set out to investigate how inequalities and exclusions are reproduced in organisations and seek to find ways to change 'tiny things' and create more inclusive and equitable workplaces.
