Call for papers: Emonet - IGR-IAE, CREM (Rennes, France) & EGOS connection - July 2026

Emonet XV, themed "Emotions and Sustainable Horizons," will take place 6–8 July 2026 in Rennes, France (IGR-IAE x CREM). The conference brings together an international community of scholars interested in emotions, lived experience, embodiment, space, ethics, and sustainability at work, with emotions as a unifying thread. Alongside contributions linked to the 2026 theme, we warmly welcome theoretical and empirical papers addressing the broader study of emotions in organizational life.

📌 Submission deadline: Monday, 2 March 2026 (12:00 CET)

Please note that the deadline is unchangeable and therefore extensions cannot be granted.

This milestone edition is especially exciting as Emonet XV will be immediately followed by EGOS 2026 (9–11 July 2026), including an on-site EGOS Hub in Rennes and a hybrid Sub-theme 48 on lived experience, emotion, body, and space, offering participants a rare opportunity for continuity, dialogue, and community across events (see the Emonet conference website for details). We warmly encourage you to consider presenting at the in-person Emonet conference and extending your stay to take part in these EGOS activities.

We would be delighted to welcome you to Rennes for what promises to be a stimulating and convivial conference, marking the 15th edition of the Emonet biennial series.  We would also be grateful if you could kindly share this information within your networks.

Thank you very much for your time and support.

With kind regards,

The Emonet XV Conference Co-Chairs
