ARE YOU A SENIOR MANAGER* IN A UK BUSINESS SCHOOL?
IF SO, PLEASE HELP WITH CABS KE SURVEY.

Our sister organisation, the Chartered Association of Business Schools (Chartered ABS), is carrying out a survey on knowledge exchange developed in partnership with Northumbria University and Manchester Metropolitan University

This study explores the practices and impacts of knowledge exchange activities within UK business schools, encompassing collaborations between academics, professional services staff, businesses, public services, and charities.

*The project is seeking input from ‘senior managers’ in UK Business or Management Schools, i.e. Director/Head of Research, L&T, Professional Services, and Exec Ed.

The final published report will enable senior leaders in UK Business Schools to benchmark their institution's activities against peers, and will support our understanding of this important landscape. Your participation will help generate a robust view of the overall sector and understand and advance the role of business schools in fostering knowledge exchange.

If you are a Director/Head of: Research, L&T, Professional Services, or Exec Ed, please

Please complete the survey by the deadline of Friday 10th May.

The survey should take between 15 and 20 minutes to complete. A PDF preview of the questions (for reference only) is available here.

Please note:

  • Only aggregated data will be published to derive sector-wide insights. The data gathered by the survey will be shared with the project team at Northumbria and Manchester Metropolitan in anonymised form.
  • The Chartered ABS privacy policy covering the purpose and use of our survey data is available here.
  • This survey may also be completed by other senior members of staff within your institution as we want to gather as many views as possible. A similar survey will be received by the Dean of your institution to gather their perspective of knowledge exchange from their role and on behalf of your institution.
  • The survey allows for progress to be saved, enabling you to pause and resume at your convenience by selecting the ‘Save and Continue Later’ option.

Should you have any queries or require further details, please feel free to contact Michael Baptist at the Chartered ABS ([email protected]).
