Fully funded PhD available at University of Exeter Business School

Fully funded (fees plus stipend) 4-year PhD (including one year Masters in Research) available in Behavioural Corporate Governance at the University of Exeter Business School. You will have a background in psychology, sociology, behavioural economics or management. Our team explores the actions of board of directors and board chairs. Topics which could be considered include how behaviour impacts governance structures and decision processes; considering information asymmetry between management and non-executive directors; cohesion, inclusion, & psychological safety; board evaluation & effectiveness; non-financial narrative reporting; the use of metrics to effect change and local/global regulatory impacts.
