Full-Time PhD studentship (full tuition and stipend for UK resident students)
The People Subject Group within Newcastle Business School at Northumbria University would be pleased to receive applications (by 15th January) for the following fully funded full-time PhD, to begin in March/April, 2026: ‘Exploring the Work-Life Experiences of Childfree Professionals’.
This is a great opportunity for graduates with an interest in HRD, particularly the employee engagement, DEI, and wellbeing facets of our discipline, to develop Doctoral level knowledge and skills, joining a community of full-time Doctoral students who work closely alongside supportive professors within the highly research active Newcastle Business School.
The project will be supervised by Drs Grace Gao and Russell Warhurst who have published extensively in the areas to be covered by this Doctoral project using a range of advanced social science methodologies and who have a strong record of supporting Doctoral students to successful completion.
