I am pleased to share a piece of exciting news. Our SIG is going to hold a webinar on Women in Academia on 9th May 2023. The event provider is BAM International Business and International Management SIG.

The webinar aims to stimulate a conversation among women at different stages of their careers and share with the community insight on how to build research trajectories and deal with challenges associated with this. The panellists will share their experience on these aspects and more to help other women in developing their careers in academia.

Dr Marianna Marra, Chair, International Business and International Management (IB/IM) SIG, will chair this webinar. Speakers of this event are Prof. Antonella Zucchella (Professor of Marketing, University of Pavia), Prof Agnieszka Chidlow (Professor of International Business, University of Birmingham), Dr Shasha Zao (Associate Professor of International Business and Innovation, Surrey University Business School), and Prof. Vicky Bamiatzi (Professor of Strategy and International Business, University of Sussex).

This event is free of charge for BAM members. Registrations will close on 8th May 2023 at 23:59 UK time.
