On behalf of the SIG, I am very excited to share with you the news of the best full paper award for IB/IM SIG at the recent BAM conference in Manchester, U.K. from 31st August to 2nd September 2022.
The best full paper is titled, ‘Effect of knowledge-based human capital resources of top management team on export performance of early internationalizing firms.’ The authors for this paper are Farhad Uddin Ahmed from Brunel University London, Md Nafizur Rahman from Bangladesh University of Professionals and Catherine Wang from Brunel University London.
The award is sponsored by Anhui University of Finance and Economics (AUFE) from China.
