New survey commissioned by British Academy on research identity and mobility across the SHAPE (Social Sciences, Humanities and the Arts for People and the Economy) research community
Do you have a degree in a social sciences, humanities or arts discipline and now work in a role where you conduct research and/or use research skills? Please consider responding to an online suvey conducted by the British Academy on online survey about professional identity, careers and mobility.
As part of a major project investigating research careers in SHAPE disciplines (Social Sciences, Humanities and the Arts for People and the Economy), the British Academy has commissioned the Careers Research & Advisory Centre (CRAC) and Vitae to explore professional and research identity and mobility across these disciplines in higher education and other sectors. The findings will enable the Academy to build and convey a clearer picture to government and other policy makers of what research-related careers really look like for those within and from SHAPE disciplines, and how those working in such roles can be supported better.
