Professor Nic Beech, Former BAM Chair and President to be new Vice Chancellor of the University of Salford

We are delighted to hear the news that BAM Fellow and former President and Chair, Professor Nic Beech, has been announced as the incoming Vice Chancellor of the University of Salford, having served as Vice Chancellor of Middlesex University since early 2020.  He will take up his new role in September.

Professor Beech’s dedication and long-term strategic work, which has made BAM the flourishing, welcoming and international community that it is today, was recognised at our conference in Manchester last year when the large audience gave him a standing ovation.
