SIMA Festival of Management

Our sister society, Società Italiana di Management (SIMA), is staging an innovative Festival of Management to celebrate the rich tapestry that is management. With discussions and demonstrations exploring all aspects of our topic, supported by major companies and organisations, the 2-day festival promises to be exciting and engaging. Using the latest technology this will be an inclusive, widespread and ‘phygital’ event, and BAM is delighted to support it.

The Festival of Management is not a specialized conference, nor an academic congress, but a festival open to all. It is an open place for discussion and debate on the issues of management and business culture – an exciting combination of in-depth study but also of great entertainment.

The first edition of the Festival of Management will be held in Milan, at Bocconi University on Friday, February 3 and Saturday, February 4, 2023. Associated events will also take place right across Italy, accessible to all participants via streaming and also in the Metaverse.  

In fact, the Festival of Management is a physicially distributed event where universities, municipalities and other venues will create themed events that will form part of the Festival program and will be accessible by those present at Bocconi and remotely. It will be possible to attend each event not only via live streaming but also in the Metaverse.
