The Irish Academy of Management is pleased to announce the Call for Papers for our Annual Conference 2025 which will be held in Maynooth University on 26th - 27th August 2025 (Doctoral Colloquium 25th August 2025).

Join us for an enlightening exploration of the evolving landscape of management at this year’s Irish Academy of Management conference. In an era marked by rapid technological advancements, shifting societal expectations, and global challenges, the need to rethink and adapt traditional management approaches has never been more urgent.
Our theme, “Crafting a New Future for Management: Learning from Existing Paradigms”, invites management scholars and innovators to reflect on the strengths and limitations of established paradigms while charting new directions. Together, we will examine how past frameworks can be reimagined to foster sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation in today’s dynamic business world. Through keynotes, interactive track discussions, and special interest sessions, we will explore topics such as integrating AI into contemporary management practices, fostering organisational learning that thrives amid uncertainty, and embedding ethical and sustainable practices in management and leadership.

The conference format asks for the following:
- Word Count Limit - 1500 Words.
- The extended abstract should include the research purpose, methodology, main/preliminary findings (if applicable), implications, and originality.
