Professor Susan Marlow is professor of entrepreneurship at the University of Nottingham and Holder of the Queens Award for Enterprise; Fellow of the UK Institution for Small Business and Entrepreneurship; Editor of the International Small Business Journal and Field Editor of Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice Journal and Editor for the Entrepreneurship category of the CABS journal rating committee and is globally ranked amongst the top two percent of cited social science academics.
Her research interests, funding awards and published work range across issues related to entrepreneurship per se with a particular focus upon the impact of gender upon entrepreneurial behaviour.

Professor Mathew Hughes is Schulze Distinguished Professor of Family Business and Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Leicester School of Business, UK.
He previously held appointments at Loughborough University, Durham University, and the University of Nottingham. Mat is also an Honorary Visiting Professor at Loughborough University.
Professor Hughes’ expertise includes the strategy and management of entrepreneurship and innovation in various contexts with a specific focus on entrepreneurial orientation, innovation, social capital and relational strategy, and family firms.
He is an award-winning researcher, teacher, and doctoral supervisor. Mat is widely published in world-leading and internationally excellent journals including Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Long Range Planning, and British Journal of Management.
He is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Business Research and Journal of Family Business Strategy and Senior Editor of the leading practitioner website www.familybusiness.org, funded by the Richard M. Schulze Foundation.
