If you have an accepted paper, you can upload the final paper via the BAM submission site British Academy of Management (xcdsystem.com). Once logged in to your account, please click on the title of your submission where you will see a final paper upload where you can upload your paper. The final deadline to submit is Friday 27th June.
The second upload - the final revised version of your paper - should be uploaded in PDF format (preferably) / MS Word format after the reviewing process by the 27th June. The final upload should include author identification on the first page only.
Important: The final file should not show any history of track changes or comments. This file will be used for conference proceedings.
Length of final full paper submission: 5000-7000 words (excluding tables and references)

If submitting a developmental paper, you can include some comments on how you plan to develop the paper prior to discussion/presentation at the conference. (optional)
