Discover the impact of your academic career as you develop your teaching journey
BAM’s Becoming an Education‑Focussed Professor programme is an exciting, one‑of‑a‑kind development opportunity created especially for Business and Management academics on the teaching and scholarship (T&S) track. Whether you’re just starting to shape your scholarship profile or looking to take it to the next level, this programme is designed to help you grow, refine and elevate your academic career.
Across four dynamic workshop sessions (totalling five full days) throughout 2026, you’ll explore how to capture, build and showcase your educational impact. The programme draws directly on insights from the British Academy of Management (BAM) White Paper, which examined Education‑Focussed professorial pathways across the UK—giving you evidence‑based guidance and a clear sense of what works.
All sessions will take place in person, creating space for rich discussion, collaboration and peer support.
