How To Be An Excellent Client
The Centre for Management Consulting Excellence hosts regular virtual evening seminars (‘Showcases’) linking academic research to topics of interest and relevance to the practice of management consultancy. The next is on March 23: ‘How To Be An Excellent Client’.
Consulting projects are joint ventures between consultants and the clients who hire them, and while much attention is directed to the performance of consultants themselves, the performance of the client is also instrumental in achieving excellent results. This Showcase includes presentations on experts in this area and will also announce the results of a research project the Centre has been doing into how clients can get more value from their consultants.
