An informal ‘fireside chat’ approach to exploring academic theoretical knowledge and practice of leadership as a ‘stimulus’ for wider conversations, questions and engagement between speakers and participants.
The two presenters take an informal ‘fireside chat’ approach to exploring their academic theoretical knowledge and practice of leadership as a ‘stimulus’ for wider conversations, questions and engagement from participants.
This is relevant to both academics and practitioners of leadership - effectively anyone interested in a conversation about leadership. Academics will bring their own perspectives on leadership theory into the space/conversation and practitioners will be able to contextualize the ideas in terms of their own experiences and challenges.
The two speakers provide a structural form for the event but participants can take that discussion into many different arenas. Participants are invited to join the conversation, we welcome your own experiences and insights.
