Staged by the BAM Management, Knowledge and Education Sub Committee
Join BAM MKE for a practical, evidence-based webinar on how to implement Peer-Led Team Learning (PLTL) in business and management education.
Designed for programme leaders, module convenors and teaching teams, the session walks you through the essentials: selecting courses where PLTL adds value, recruiting and training peer leaders, designing high-impact session materials, integrating PLTL with assessment and assurance of learning, and setting up data/feedback loops to track impact on attainment and belonging.
We’ll share templates, common pitfalls and fixes, and options for scaling from a small pilot to a programme-wide model. You’ll leave with a step-by-step starter plan you can adapt this term, plus tips for aligning PLTL with accreditation and academic integrity.
The webinar includes live Q&A and accessible resources (slides, recording, captions). Ideal for colleagues new to PLTL or seeking to refresh and scale an existing scheme.
