The series is designed for doctoral students and early career researchers with the aim of enriching their experience of the 2023 Doctoral Symposium.
The purpose of this series of events planned by the Organisational Transformation, Change and Development (OTCD) SIG leading up to the BAM 2023 Doctoral Symposium is to support the overall development of Doctoral Student members of the SIG and to create networking opportunities for members.
The series is designed for doctoral students and early career researchers with the aim of enriching their experience of the 2023 Doctoral Symposium. During the events, experienced professors, lecturers, and members of the SIG will share knowledge and insights on BAM, the SIG, preparing for the 2023 Doctoral Symposium, and developing skills required for doctoral research and beyond.
The first event, themed "Road to the Doctoral Symposium 2023", will cover: Introduction to BAM and the OTCD SIG and Preparation for the Doctoral Symposium.

Ikenna Okoro is a Professional Doctorate candidate at the University of Buckingham. He has extensive operational excellence experience within the manufacturing and service industries across Europe and the United Kingdom.
His research interests are operational excellence, organisational change, and sense-making. He is the Doctoral Student representative of the Organisational Transformation, Transformation, and Development (OTCD) Special Interest Group (SIG).

Jacqueline Hiddlestone-Mumford is an Australian executive manager, consultant and Board Director; a Doctoral Candidate and DBA Representative at the University of Liverpool Management School (ULMS), University of Liverpool. Jacqueline does qualitative and quantitative research in social policy, strategy planning and implementation, transformation change and infrastructure configuration.

Professor Ashley Braganza is Professor of Organisational Transformation Change at Brunel Business School. He is teaching on Undergraduate and Postgraduate taught programmes.
His research interests encompass big data, change management, strategy implementation, process and knowledge management, and transformation enabled information systems. He has published over 100 papers in prestigious academic and practitioner journals and three books. He has carried out over 50 consultancy assignments with large global organisations.
He has held several senior leadership positions in academic institutions as well as serving on the governing bodies of schools and small and medium-sized enterprises. He is one of the track co-chairs of the Organisational Transformation, Change and Development (OTCD) SIG.

Cancellations
Cancellations received within 14 days of booking your place on the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and later than 14 days before the start date of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
