We would like to invite you to our research colloquium for the Early Career Academic (ECA) Network at the British Academy of Management. This event is designed to gather researchers and thought leaders pioneering in digital business to share their experiences and opinions on the future of the field.

Whilst the theme of the event is digital business, we welcome attendees from all areas of business and management who have an interest in being a part of the BAM ECA community and who wish to broaden their networks and meet like-minded peers.

Stemming from the ECA Network’s focus on EDIR (equality, diversity, inclusion and respect), we envisage this event as a platform to amplify the voices of underrepresent demographics to direct and shape research and practice, in a hyper-digitised business environment.

A key aim of the event is to bridge the gap between the various disciplines feeding into digital business via knowledge exchange. Stemming from the Network’s belief in equality, diversity, and inclusion, we will actively encourage the participation of women speakers and delegates especially those from less traditionally represented backgrounds. The event is open to all, however.
