Staged by the BAM Management Knowledge and Education (MKE) Sub Committee
The aim of the event is to present the value of reflexivity in contemporary higher education. Teaching students to become more reflexive can enable them to develop confidence, create a sense of self, and a feeling that they belong in the classroom. This workshop will also initiate a discussion around understanding various approaches to reflexivity and how to engage in reflexive conversations in our management education and learning practice.
The session will present four key elements to a successful sense of belonging
