We would like to welcome you to register for our latest In-Person Research-Oriented Professor Programme, crafted to inspire, empower, and guide mid‑career colleagues who place research at the heart of their academic journey.

This year, we are pleased to introduce our first Online Reflective Session, bridging our In-Person days and giving delegates the opportunity to consider how they can strengthen their academic leadership and make their research leave a lasting legacy.

Together with guest speakers and our programme facilitators Professors Sarah Robinson and Adina Dudau, we’ll delve into the many pathways a research career can take, uncover the barriers and turning points along the way, and navigate an evolving landscape of research policy and funding with confidence and clarity.

This programme is ideal for mid‑career academics ready to take the next step in their research leadership journey.

The objectives of our Programme are:

🔷 To provide targeted support for mid-career academics who wish to progress to a leadership/ management role in research knowledge and intellectual growth (A2, D2 and E2 of the BAM Framework)

🔷 To offer insight and guidance on writing for publication strategies, including generating impact from published work.  Topics include: crafting your research identity; building your publication pipeline and providing effective and humane leadership in your field.

🔷 To offer a platform for sharing best practice in generating research funding, including where to target, how to craft your bid, leading others and networking, delivering your research project.

🔷 To share and draw out best practice in leading and managing others, achieving success, and research/ intellectual growth

🔷 Expand your peer network beyond your institution.
