EFMD Faculty Management Programme - details now available

Details are now available for the The EFMD Faculty Management Programme. The programme will take place both in-person and online.

This programme is designed to help schools to develop new career policies to attract and maintain excellent faculty. It’s the first and only programme offered for deans of faculty today. It aims to create a professional peer-to-peer network for academic leaders responsible for faculty. 

This programme offers the opportunity to reflect on the changing context for faculty management and faculty careers through different lenses. The diverse backgrounds of selected speakers, experienced faculty leadership, and participants from a diversity of schools will create a rich learning experience for discussions around current challenges, dilemmas, and possible solutions, taking into account contextual differences of schools. Sharing good practices and the support of peers will provide participants with the proper context to progress on their school’s case.
