This is your opportunity as a researcher to help shape the content of the conference. We'd like to invite you to submit a research paper based on topics affecting HR and people management in today's world.
The online platform is now open and allows you to submit your research to be assessed by the judges. The deadline is 15 July 2022.
As well as presenting your research at the conference, you will have the chance to publish your research, and we also have two prizes: the Ian Beardwell Prize with £1000 for best applied research paper, and the Applied Research Poster Prize with a £500 award.
We invite three types of submissions:
- Research paper: original primary research
- Evidence review: systematic review or rapid evidence assessment
- Poster: to present research in progress.
