Reflection and Rejuvenation: Inspiring Women Leaders
The Submission Portal to the International Leadership Association's 6th Women and Leadership Conference is now open! The conference will take place 15–17 June 2022 in Portsmouth in the United Kingdom.
We are living in an exhausting period of time with constant demands, deadlines, and daily dilemmas, further heightened by global sustainability challenges and the pandemic. The theme and aim of the conference is to provide space and time to reflect and rejuvenate whilst developing our research and practice as leaders for today and tomorrow.
We invite you to spend some time exploring the theme and streams for the conference. Whether you are early, mid, or at the latter stage of your career, we welcome both scholarly and professional practice submissions. We encourage submissions to start and continue leadership conversations to support women’s leadership and promote diversity, equality, and inclusion for all.
The deadline to submit your proposal is the 7th of January 2022.
