This webinar brings together two resource persons who will engage in a leadership discourse that is informed by theory and practice.
Inclusive leadership is emerging as a unique and critical capability helping organisations adapt to diverse customers, employees and talent. Its importance is increasingly understood and sought after across almost every industry. It is pertinent that managers need to develop these leadership skills if they want to stay relevant in the workplace.
Research has shown that fairness, values, respect and what makes people feel included in organisations mostly comes down to its leaders. This webinar brings together two resource persons who will engage in a leadership discourse that is informed by theory and practice. They will be providing more insights on how leaders can build inclusive cultures and work practices. Most importantly, our seasoned experts will be explaining how leaders can put these insights into practice.
