Dr Dongmei Cao (Nottingham Trent University, UK)
I would like to express my interest in serving as Co-Chair of the Sustainable Responsible Business (SRB) SIG, following Polina’s stepping down. Having worked closely with Simon and Polina as SRB Track Co-Chair over the past two years, I believe our established collaboration and shared vision will ensure a smooth transition and continued growth of the SIG. As a long-standing BAM member, Peer Review College member, and Associate Editor for BAM’s flagship journal, International Journal of Management Reviews (IJMR), I have been proud to contribute to and learn from the BAM community for over a decade. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for BAM’s leadership in promoting research excellence, inclusion, and international engagement. Now an Associate Professor in Business Transformation at Nottingham Trent University, I am eager to further my contributions through the SRB SIG Co-chair by fostering inclusive collaboration, supporting early-career researchers, and strengthening global partnerships. I am particularly excited about BAM’s growing international leadership and the opportunity to connect with scholars and communities worldwide. As an Asian woman academic, I also hope my leadership will further reflect and advance BAM’s values of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Dr Julian Riano (University of Brighton, UK)
